Declaration
I understand & accept that the Fees paid for my Registration is completely Non-Refundable. Registration can be transferred once to other person or to next batch with permission of the management of Num Vastu Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (NVCPL) after paying the applicable transfer charges.
I’ll maintain good Internet connectivity (at least 10MBPS) during my online Course sessions. NumeroVastu Team is not liable to make up for my missed sessions/ learning due to my weak internet connectivity.
I will keep my Mic muted and Video On during the sessions. I’ll not try to Record or allow anyone around me to Record the sessions. I’ll not indulge in any activity which hampers the learning of other participants.
I’ll actively participate in all Interactive sessions and complete all the assignments & exercises given to me. I will complete my Course and will not leave the training sessions without permission of the trainer.
I understand that this course is based on original research work of Mr. Nitin Gupta (Director of Num Vastu Consultants Pvt. Ltd.). Recording or/and Reproducing any of the Contents/Slides/ Study Material Notes that are discussed and shared in the Course either in writing or speaking or by any other means, without written permission from him, shall be a Legal offence. I will Not do that throughout my life.
I give my consent that incompliance in any of the points mentioned above shall lead to cancellation of my registration (participation) with no refund of fees either in part or full, in any case.
In case of any conflict arising during the course, the decision of my Trainer will be final & binding on me.
I agree that Num Vastu Consultants Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to record the entire course proceedings and use it for promotional activities and further improvement of the course.
I agree that NVCPL reserves the right to make necessary alterations in the curriculum and schedule of the Course without prior information to adjust with any sudden changes in external environment.
